Description
ASTM A193 Grade B8 fully threaded rod is made of stainless steel. The B8 grade produced by our factory is usually Class 1 stainless steel, AISI 304. The production process requires carbide solid solution treatment.
The production of all threaded requires fixed equipment and machine tools. In fact, the processing procedure is relatively simple. The main process is as follows: firstly, the distorted raw material needs to be straightened with a puller, and the next process can be carried out after this process. The next process is to use a cutting machine to cut the straightened long material into pieces according to customer requirements. The length required by the customer completes the second process, and the third process is to put the cut short material on the thread rolling machine and roll out the threaded thread; at this step, the ordinary all threaded rods are processed. If there are other requirements, then other process steps will be required.
