Threads
Flange 12-Point Screws threads, when rolled, shall be Unified coarse or fine thread series UNRC or UNRF, Class 2A or 3A in accordance with ASME B1.1. Threads produced by other means shall preferably be UNRC or UNRF, Class 2A or 3A, but at manufacturer's option may be Unified coarse or fine thread series UNC or UNF, Class 2A or 3A. Acceptability of screw threads shall be determined based on System 21, ASME B1.3M.
Material
Chemical and mechanical properties of steel screws normally conform to Grades 5 or 8 of SAE J429. Mechanical properties and chemistry to achieve properties in excess of Grades 5 or 8 shall be as agreed upon between you and our factory. Properties of several grades of nonferrous materials are covered in ASTM F468, and of several stainless steels in ASTM F593.

A: We are a one-stop sales factory. We are both a manufacturer and a wholesaler, both standard and non-standard fasteners can be provided.
3.Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: It depends on your items and quantities. Usually, around 35 days for one 20 feet container.
4.Q: I need a customized fastener, but it’s not on your website. What do I do?
A: Please send us your request with detailed drawings or photos, then we will make the quotation for you accordingly.
