Ningbo ASME Fastener Factory covers an area of 52,800 square meters and has more than 150 employees, including more than 30 senior technicians. The factory area includes raw material stacking warehouse, heat treatment production line, hot pier workshop, cold heading workshop, surface treatment production line, packaging workshop, cargo warehouse, and QC laboratory. Our production facilities are multi-station cold heading machines, forging machine tools, quenching complete sets of equipment, tempering furnaces and thread rolling machines and more. Testing equipment: Tensile testing machine, metallographic analyzer, hardness testing instrument, low temperature impact testing instrument and spectrometer.
We produces all kinds of standard specification bolts, screws, double-ended studs, fully threaded rods, nuts, washers. We also produce non-standard fasteners such as rods, bent bolts, headed bolts and other products for various industries. The monthly production capacity of our factory can reach 60 containers. Our main fastener product series are ASTM A325, ASTM A307, ASTM A490, ASTM J429, ASTM A449, ASTM A193, ASTM A194, ASTM A320, ASTM A574, ASTM F436 and more.
We can provide fastener surface treatment such as: blackening, black zinc, galvanized, color zinc passivation, Teflon (PTFE), cadmium plating (CAD), plating Zinc Nickel, Dacromet Plating, Gumet Plating, Hot Dip Galvanizing and more. These are applicable to the requirements of various corrosive environments.
