Manufacturing Capabilities

Ningbo ASME Fastener Factory covers an area of 52,800 square meters and has more than 150 employees, including more than 30 senior technicians. The factory area includes raw material stacking warehouse, heat treatment production line, hot pier workshop, cold heading workshop, surface treatment production line, packaging workshop, cargo warehouse, and QC laboratory. Our production facilities are multi-station cold heading machines, forging machine tools, quenching complete sets of equipment, tempering furnaces and thread rolling machines and more.
