Ningbo ASME Fastener was founded by Abraham Fan in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China in June 2003. The ASIMI independent brand applied for registration in 2017 and successfully applied for a certificate in October 2019. Mr. Fan is one of the first people in China to get in touch with ASTM and ANSE standards. In the early years, Mr. Fan asked a good friend in the United States to purchase ASTM standard data book and began to produce and sell ASTM A193 Grade B7 Stud Bolts manufactured according to ASTM standards in Ningbo ASME Fastener.
In 2006, the company's annual sales reached $500,000. Ningbo ASME Fastener produces products for the shipbuilding industry, railway transportation, machinery industry, manufacturing industry, and oil pipeline industry, and sells them nationwide.
In 2013, the original factory address was relocated from Yinzhou District, Ningbo to Tiangu Industrial Zone, Jiulonghu Town, Zhenhai District, Ningbo, covering an area of 90,000 square feet, adjacent to other factories in the industrial zone. In 2018, the company was fully equipped with all production lines and set up relevant laboratories to test product quality. Bolts and nuts start from raw materials entering the factory, and all production processes are completed in the factory area until they are packaged and shipped.
In 2021, Ningbo ASME Fastener will expand the workshop area to 143,500 square foot. And in 2023, two new heat treatment production lines will be added in the plant to increase production speed and capacity.
In 2022, the company's annual output value will reach $30,000,000. Through the advantages of modern manufacturing and production, it will continue to create high-quality American standard hex bolts, hex nuts, heavy hex bolts, heavy hex nuts, flange bolts and other customized fasteners to make Ningbo ASME Fastener has been able to develop in the long run. At now, we have more than 150 employees, including more than 30 Senior Technician.
Up to now, under the trust of customers and the leadership of leaders, Ningbo ASME Fastener has continuously increased investment in technical personnel, production equipment, and workshops. Expect to bring a more efficient production mode to our customers and make fasteners the connection of the world.
